Job Description

Supporting the senior management and staff of ADIB Capital on various admin functions, including: calendar organization, coordinating meetings, coordinating with IT support and Vendor Management, arranging supplies for the office, maintaining filing, and other related functions.

Skills Required

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (Arabic a plus)
  • Experience in admin functions (ideally in a DIFC entity)
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Work experience in similar role

Qualifications Required

  • Degree in a Relevant Field
  • Sufficient previous experience in administration
